Ingredients

  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • 1 large ripe mango
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • Pinch of cardamom
  • Mint for garnishing
  • Sugar (if required as per taste)

Method

Step 1

In a blender, take all the ingredients except saffron. Blend it until smooth and frothy.

Step 2

Add sugar if required. Garnish it with mint and serve immediately.
