Cow Sandwich
The cow sandwich is every mom’s ticket to excite her kid into eating a fuss free healthy breakfast before school. Healthy vegetables, nutritious salami and an appealing presentation makes this sandwich a hit amongst kids! Involve your kid in making this sandwich and you both could have a great time together!

Ingredients
- 2 slices bread white bread
- 1 slice dark wheat bread
- 1 capsicum
- 1 slice chicken salami
- 2 beetroot slices
- 2 Olives
- Lettuce leaves
Method
Step 1

Place one white bread slice for the base. Layer it with cheese or butter.

Next cut another slice to form the lower half of the cow’s face.

Place the chicken salami as shown. And top it with the beetroot slices.

Also cut out a tongue from the beetroot. Cook the betroot slices in a little oil if you have a fussy eater.

Cut out the brown bread carefully as shown in the picture.

Slice and arrange the rest of the veggies in place.

Drop a dollop of cream cheese for the eyes and place olives on top to complete.
Step 8
Play around with vegetables. You could replace the olives by peas, the beetroot by carrots and invent a lot more ways to make your own little cow come alive.
