Baby Care and Health Tips – Development of Babies Day by Day
First 6 months baby should have breastfeeding only…..
From 4th month I started to feed apple pure to my baby.
By 6th month I preferred to serve apple flavour cereal to my baby.
From 10th month, I used to serve rice and masoor dal, and wheat and urad dal, and they fry and grind, then heat water and mix 1 tablespoon and serve my baby.
After 12months started rice with rasam… and curd
Now she is 16 months, she likes to eat egg chicken and all recipes.
Day by day she develops very fast, so we have to give her rich protein and iron ….
Carrot , milk , chicken, egg , fish , leaf vegetables are very good for babies’ health and development…..
Fruits also very good … daily 1 banana for weight gain and cow milk is best for babies…. all are different, we have to plan as per their taste …. and give them healthy snacks….
Don’t give children too many sugar chocolates… its better to avoid until they turn 1 year…
And dry fruits should be given babies after 1 year only …. they can’t digest dry fruits at an early age….
And bathe daily two times for relaxation…
And make them wear white clothes as much as possible….
Use only baby soaps…
My story….
I get pregnant… I feel excited… months are moving fast …. reached 9th, feel like seeing my little baby ….. finally May 31st went to operation theatre…feeling very scared…. I heard my little baby cry then relaxed; doctors told me you’re blessed with baby girl…. I am feeling very happy, waiting to see her…. first time I saw her face but my eyes were fully covered with tears … totally blur, then I try to hold her, felt very happy… when seeing my little baby for the first time, one nickname came to my mind- Shiny…. so I called her Shiny……then came home after 7 days of my delivery and when I entered our house, I felt a new atmosphere…. her 28th day we named her ASHIKA and then days passed..1 month, 2 month, 3month … at at end of her 6th month, she tried crawling and 12 months got completed.. excited for her 1st birthday celebrations…. and then she walked by herself in 14th month…. now she is 16 months..my little angel…..
