Chocolate Dosa/Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp maida
- 2 tsp oil
- Cocoa powder as required
- Fruits of your choice
Method
Step 1
Prepare the batter in a mixer by blending together the banana, sugar, flour, cocoa powder and coconut milk. You can substitute the coconut milk by milk or water. Add cocoa powder to your taste but also remember to balance it out with the sugar or your dosa will taste bitter.
Step 2
Heat a dosa pan and spread the batter in the form of a dosa. Cook on both sides with a little oil.
Step 3
Serve the dosa with chocolate syrup and fruits of your choice.
Step 4
You can also experiment with toppings like grated coconut or nuts.
