Avocado smoothie
Avocados are often called one of nature’s perfect foods as they contain everything a person needs to survive. It is a wonderful “good fat” food for baby’s brain and physical development, try an avocado as one of baby’s first foods. It is sodium and cholesterol- free too.
If you are looking in for an easy way to sneak in fruits in your baby’s daily meals, here’s one healthy recipe to do it. Avocados make up a nice creamy smoothie and can be clubbed up with any other fruit or vegetable too.

Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 2 tbsp (tablespoons) sugar
Method
Step 1
Combine the avocado, milk, yogurt and sugar in a blender; blend until smooth.
Step 2
Spoon it in a cup or glass and serve at room temperature.
