Avocado, Apple, Pear puree

This baby food imparts the goodness of a fatty, creamy avocado, clubbed with the fiber-rich apple and a tasty pear. The combo is rich in fruit sugar, fructose, apart from given the complex carbs. You can swap in any fruit of choice and bring in a change or variety in the recipe. If the baby’s younger, ensure you stew or boil the apple before mixing it in this puree for easy digestibility.
