An apple a day keeps the doctor away, but when your little one does not eat apples, make apple milkshake. Add a dash of cinnamon, and it will take your milkshake to another level. Perfect for the hot weather, this interesting and filling drink will surely win hearts of the tiny tots.

Ingredients

  • 4 apples
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 300 ml chilled milk
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

Method

Step 1





In a blender, add chopped apple, sugar, milk and blend until you get a thick shake.

Step 2




Add cinnamon powder and pulse it again.

Step 3





In a glass, place ice cubes and pour the shake over it.

Step 4




Serve chilled.
