Ingredients
- 4 apples
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 300 ml chilled milk
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

Step 1

In a blender, add chopped apple, sugar, milk and blend until you get a thick shake.

Add cinnamon powder and pulse it again.
