why my baby is having red rashes after bath, we are using castrol oil & almond oil for massaging

A. hi. might be it's due to mustard oil. you may use coconut oil in case. . it is safe for such sensitive skin. also make sure that bathing water should not too hot or warm

A. Stop using oil for massage if the baby especially castor oil and directly give bath with Luke warm water and then observe and after bath apply cetaphil baby motion on skin

A. Immediately stop using this oil and wait for at least 2 to 3 weeks for the baby's rashes o improve. After that start a massage with Johnson's Baby massage oil and after bath apply Johnson's baby lotion. This oil has vitamin E which will make the baby's skin healthy and the lotion will keep the baby's skin soft.

A. i have doubts using almond and castor oil for massaging. this can be the main reason of rashes. my pediatrician has only advised virgin coconut oil/coconut oil or olive oil for massage. u can ask your pediatrician about oil massage.
