why do my both hands get numb and not working like when I wake up I am in 26 week of my pregnancy how to get rid of this

A. Numbness could happen if you have b complex deficiency. If you have any swelling of limbs also it can happen. But still it is better that you consult a physician once

A. This is very commonly seen during pregnancy due to weakness and lack of proper nutrition and sleep So you need to cover up all these things about nutrition. Take proper sleep and have regular oil massage for a few days, which is really beneficial.
