Keep including seasonal fruits vegetables proteins in the diet on regular basis.
Keep giving few probiotics like curd buttermilk or yogurt. These are rich sources of natural probiotics.

proper diet includes green leafy vegetables, fruits, nuts, pulses, beans, dairy products etc.
so , your child meal should consist all these.
give roti , Sabji ,dal , rice ,salad , dairy product etc in your child meal.
but please prefer homemade healthy food.
best to set your child mealtime along with your own mealtime .
