For healthy weight gain, give all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You can give eggs and non veg food. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. At least 500 ml of milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Give top food 4 to 5 times a day and up to one katori every time. Breastfeed baby till 2 years.
