And lots of fluids including clean boiled water, fresh fruit juice, coconut water.

mam,as nursing mother you must take protine , carbs , iron, calcium, vitamin, minerals etc rich diet.
so please prefer homemade healthy and well blanaced diet which include green leafy vegetables, fruits, nuts, pulses, beans, dairy products etc
keep your body well hydrated.
