when you start losing weight after delivery? some says that it's tough to loose second pregnancy weight ..Is it true?

A. Hi.. no it is a myth if you follow a healthy diet and exercise pattern consistently it is not difficult, all you need to do is be consistent to achieve maximum result

A. Ma’am Breastfeeding the child a lot of women can lose their wait a little bit because they’re feeding the child otherwise you can start working out after 6 to 8 months of your delivery that is going to be helpful and it is not like that lot of people lose their weight and come back into their proper shape after the second or third delivery as well
