Q.

after my second delivery I didn't loose my weight even though am not regularly having food still my weight is not loosing what to do?

A. Hello, your question is related to your health problems like your weight loss and if you have not then go for brisk walk and aerobics exercises and reduction in your fats intake and hot steam baths etc

A. hi dear Through diet and regular exercise, it might be reasonable to lose up to 1 pound (0.5 kilogram) a week. It might take six months to one year to return to your pre-pregnancy weight, whether you're breast-feeding or not. Be gentle with yourself as you accept the changes in your body.
