A. Hello To lose weight, you try to start with exercise for atleast 30 mins daily. Include lot of vegetables, fruits, Dal's, pulses, milk, egg in your meals. Avoid sugar, sweets, junk foods. make sure you drink atleast 3 litres of water daily.
