#asktheexpert hi, during my pregnancy I became fatty but after 2 years also I am not losing my weight kindly suggest some tips to loose

A. hi mom consult a qualified dietitian for appropriate results meanwhile have good proteins like dals eggs chicken paneer soya curds tofu have a variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well walk for 20 mins twice a day

A. hi. drink hot water in empty stomach and 45mins before and after the meal. you can add jeera, lemon, honey or can drink plain. cardio exercises -like brisk walking, skipping, climbing stairs cut extra calories.
