when is the ideal time to start workouts after c-section (specifically reduce belly fats) ? I am breastfeeding my child.

A. hello you nay start with small work out after 3 months of age and sternous one after 6 mo th of post c s. and diet control wpuld help too.

After six months of C-section you can go for a brisk walking and further more exercising that you are willing to do to do zone on your stomach can be done once your internal stitches heal completely and your doctor gives you a thumbs up to start working out that’s mostly after about 1011 months of delivery
