A. Hi, Start doing exercises once baby completes 1 year as you have gone through c section dear..Start with easy exercises and then do abdominal exercises. Drink plenty of water. Eat healthy and nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins calcium mineral vitamins etc
