When I can start my workout after c section?

A. you can start with any workout after c-section only after 3 months and start only with simple exercises and brisk walking and diet modification is the key in which you have to cut of sugar

A. After Six months you can start doing regular walking and all but if you think that hard core exercise that we do for reducing weight then that’s going to be about 8 to 9 months of your delivery because by then your internal stitches will also feel completely
