A. It is advisable to start with the exercise routine only after 6 months of c section delivery. You need to consult your doctor before you get on any routin. okay

A. After a minimum of six months you can go ahead with basic brisk walking and exercising after about 8 to 10 months once your internal state is real and your doctor say that you are a physically fit to go for it
