When can exercises be started post c section ? What type of exercise should be done to increase stamina flexibility stret

A. after 6 months of post Cesarean section you can do moderate exercises like brisk walking yoga etc For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .

A. hello after c section once you feel you have completely recovered then you can start with excercise and workout which should not be a problem and also you can start with walking and other excercise slowly and also yoga or zumba are effective fitness form that can help
