when a normal delivery mom can start workouts...???

A. yes, but right now your baby is 2 month old, this this not right time. you should concentrate on eating healthy food for the first three months instead of weight loss. Continue with breast feeding it helps you to lose weight.

A. After three months you can go ahead with basic workout and progress or proper gymming and all can be started after 6 to 7 months but no dieting would be recommended because that is going to affect your breastfeeding so this is a benefit with vaginal delivery that you can start exercising early
