A. after six months u can start Gym Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. good morning I would recommend you to try to wait for at least eight to 10 months before you can think of starting any gym exercises I would recommend you to please try to start by doing yoga first
