hii..i am mother of 18 months baby boy..its been 1.5 years of cesarean delivery ...i have put on lot of weight..can i join gym now..i mean is it safe now to do heavy exercise in gym...

A. yes go n run. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios tooCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
