what type of food i eat after delivery

A. Dear mum, after delivery, you should eat a homemade balanced diet having variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Have proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products like curd. Have healthy fats from nuts like almonds and flaxseeds. You can have dry fruits like dates, raisins, walnuts. Have plenty of fluids and water.
