A. Hello mom as a lactating mother you can prefer easy to digest foods the better it would be , as that way gas causing foods, high spicy and oily foods need to be limited as well, also certain foods that help in good milk production are flax seeds, oats , garlic, panjiri, dry fruits , milk, jeera, ajwain or saunf water, also drumstick leaves, fenugreek leaves etc as well
