Can we eat everything after delivery... becoz old people says should not eat all food jst all liquid type less spicy.... cant we eat normal food what can i do

A. hi yes,you can eat all food. but please prefer homemade healthy food. avoid junk food items. take healthy and well blanaced diet keep your body well hydrated maintain good hygiene
