Just You should avoid seeded foods and vegetables and fruits which have seeds and do it they are not healthy apart from that there is no such restrictions according to the dieticians they say that you can eat everything if you want to go with traditional ways with what your in-laws are saying and all then they don’t want even let you eat roti but as per a dietician there is no restrictions you can eat everything
