what food eat during pregnancy

A. Hello mam, healthy foods preferably home cooked foods are the best and avoid too much of refined and processed foods as well .. have fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables which are locally available.. have small meals at regular intervals- rice , roti , dals etc , dry fruits and nuts . Keep your self hydrated it’s very much important to have fluids . Also avoid pineapple and papaya throughout the pregnancy
