you can prepare anything at home and take it .. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

Hello ma’am Includes you just have to avoid pineapple and papaya rest you can eat all the fruits and vegetables also you can have most of them with certain people say that brinjal is not very healthy to go for so don’t have it and as far as my information is as per is my pregnancy had been eaten everything without a fail
