Loosing weight post pregnancy requires little dedication with proper diet and workout
Have small and frequent meals
Include more fruits and vegetables in the diet
Always start lunch and dinner with salad and a glass of water
Add protein to breakfast lunch and dinner like milk, curd, paneer, dal, sprouts, beans like rajma chola, soya, oats, eggs, lean meat and fish
Have jeera water early morning
Reduce or restrict completely the intake of bread, biscuits, fried and namkeen , sugar and sugary drinks
Water 2-3 litre per day
Workout for 45 min daily
But all this if u r atleast 7 month post deliver

If Are just looking for a proper diet then you should be consulting a dietician she would be able to advise with the right kind of diet plan that you should follow for reducing down the weight and also make sure that you doing a proper workout alongside with your dieting
