A. You It is really good amount of food for initial six months because you’re breastfeeding the child if you’re not it will have weakness in the body so don’t run behind losing your weight as of now have some patience you just delivered the child your body needs a lot of strength and energy right now so focus on eating and after 6 to 8 months when your child is on complementary feeding that time you go ahead with a diet consult a dietician for that and exercising as well
