what are the exercise we can start after the c-section ,to rrduce the tummy??

A. hello. you should concentrate on eating healthy food for the first three months instead of weight loss. Continue with breast feeding it helps you to lose weight. Have healthy diet. It is advisable to start with the exercise routine only after 6 months of c section.

A. exercise to reduce the belly fat you can start after 4-6months of c section delivery you can start with brisk walking or yoga or low intense exercise.. keep baby well hydrated.. take care of diet..
