after the c-section when we can do exercise

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. You can do exercises atleast after three months. Also make sure that the stitches are healed properly and you do not have any pain. Also do post natal yoga but only under a professional yoga teacher. Do 30 minutes walk daily. Drink Shaadmani Blue fusion green tea which is good for weight loss. Thanks and take care
