When can I start exercise after c section ?

A. should wait at least 6 months for doing any exercises after C section Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. Hello dear parent, you can start exercising now as well. But begin with simple exercises only and do only for few minutes. Do not exhert or tire your self. Also take good of your stitches. So that your exercises do nkt affect the stitches. Good luck and take care
