A. usually after six months ok. see only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust hersee more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. Hello dear parent, you can start with mild and simple exercises after 3rd to 4th Month of c section depending upon your health. You can do exercises with less intensity . As month spasms by you can increase the time of your exercises and along with I m tensity.
