To reduce weight, you need to exercise daily atleast for 45 minutes for atleast 6 to 8 months
Avoid sugar, sweets , fried foods, bakery foods, biscuits
Include protein rich lean foods like egg whites, skim milk, curd, pulses also include vegetables, fruits, nuts daily
Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. you should make a routine and a diet chart which you should be follow like start walking daily for 30 minutes atleast follow with some yoga like suryanamaskar or light exercises and take lukewarm water ,drink plenty of fluids and avoid taking trans fat in your diet
