Hello mom please don’t tense yourself for it , your body has undergone a lot .. hence give it some time to settle down .. don’t wane away from food as you need for yourself and for the milk production. Just be mindful and have healthy choices and also as per your recovery you can do some yoga that would be helpful
NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. hello not to worry about and continue taking a healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet and also you should be doing walking and exercise and also cardio excercise whi h can be helpful and any concern then it is better to check with your Nutritionist
