Q.
This is my second segerian delivery my tummy fat increasing more &more whenever I am taking limited diet

Hello mom please don’t tense yourself for it , your body has undergone a lot .. hence give it some time to settle down .. don’t wane away from food as you need for yourself and for the milk production. Just be mindful and have healthy choices and also as per your recovery you can do some yoga that would be helpful
