Q.

After pregnancy it is very hard to reduce tummy fat even i feed bm only but getting more fat

A. Yes it is start exercise regularly, atleast 1hr regular brisk walking would be of great help avoid sweet and fried foods , sugary items, refined flour, hydrate well and quality sleep is very important

A. Hello mom You should start doing yoga regularly. Yoga is very effective of losing pregnancy weight. Do yoga at least for 40 minutes every morning to get better results. You should also cut the calories intake and add more fibre and proteins in your regular diet. Also add plank in your exercise routine to loose tummy fat. Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
