You should start doing yoga regularly. Yoga is very effective of losing pregnancy weight. Do yoga at least for 40 minutes every morning to get better results. You should also cut the calories intake and add more fibre and proteins in your regular diet. Also add plank in your exercise routine to loose tummy fat.
