Try to now eat protein and fiber rich foods with lots of fluids. As it is only a month, you can do light exercises like brisk walking, breathing and dome Yogasanas. Later you can also start skin toning workouts like squats, jogging, cycling, swimming etc. You can drink warm lemon or jeera water first thing in the morning as it will help in burning fat.
