suggest some exercise for normal delivery

A. there are many blogs for this topic exclusively on the firstcry parenting itself and if you are not able to do exercises then even regular walking for at least 30 minutes will help

A. I have started exercising from day 1 , but from 9 month I following certain excersizes for normal delivery. Walking atleast 20 min, 200 steps up and down, 50 squats, 100 butterfly , 25 cat and camel , Duck walk , Squat walk, Birthing Ball exercise. I am doing this all after taking proper consultation from my gynac. You also consult your gynac first and start exercising if everything is okay in your report.

A. U Can do basic yoga exercises like butterfly pose sitting in Vajrasana for sometime but all of these exercise whatever you do you should always do it under the guidance of an expert at the doctors always say that for a normal delivery you can do these exercises and also you should go ahead with a walk on an everyday basis at least thousand to 1500 steps without fail
