Hey doctor from which month we should start doing exercise for normal delivery?

A. Well after 3 to 5 months if you’re pregnancy is going healthy you can start doing basic prenatal yoga after consulting the doctor which aasans can you do they will guide you according to that only you should go ahead with what your doctor advises you
