suggest excercises I can perform after c section?

A. After delivery you should take rest for at least 3 months and then after that you can start with regular daily walking followed by mild exercise after a few days and then slowly move on for heavy workouts after 7 months

A. Initially you should do Keagle exercises two times in the day for a month or so that is going to be helpful for you along with that right now you cannot go for any exercises after 6 to 8 months only you can go for any other exercise if you had a C-section
