A. after six months u can. Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

After about six months of deliver you can go ahead with basic walking and all and proper hard for exercise that you want to do that mostly going to be happening after 9 to 10 months once your internal stitches heal completely and your doctor say that you are physically fit to go for itWrite Your Answer Here
