you should have a proper sitting posture as well as sleeping posture whhich will help in decreasing the pain.
for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiotherapy.
meet your doctor if it is not improving.

I am sure you are having multiple deficiencies in your body it could be vitamin D three calcium iron and vitamin C as well so basically all in all you should get a deficiency Day stand for yourself because all the things are indicating at towards major deficiencies in the body
