A. hi mom to loose weight continue exclusive breast feeding till 6 months ... then u should start exercising along with strict diet control after 3 to 4 months of delivery

A. Hi mom As u have just delivered baby one month back, eat healthy and nutritious diet for healthy milk supply and to recover from weakness after delivery. Start with the exercise after six months of delivery. Then u can start with yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help u to shed extra kilos from your body.
