post pregnancy my period r dealyed by a week or so, is it a natural process of menstrual cycle to change post pregnancy? or suggest me how shall i retrive the perfect cycle.

A. It is all right if you’re cycles show a difference of flash or minus one week. It will take at least one year for your cycles to become regular and until then you have to keep using contraceptionWrite Your Answer Here
