Post pregency I m gaining my weight how to loose??

A. Hello You can lose weight, by 1. Including foods like egg whites, low fat paneer, Dal's, curd, skim milk, soya chunks, vegetables, fruits nuts daily 2. Avoiding fried, junk, sugary, bakery products 3. Exercising regularly for 45 minutes atleast daily
