please suggest excercises for normal delivery i am 7th month pregnant

A. You don't need to do exercises from now on words for normal delivery just try to keep yourself active with some or the other work and have regular daily walking twice in A-day when you reach 39 weeks you can start doing squats Regularly which will help for normal delivery
